I’ve decided to add a new type of post to this blog. It will be a regular feature with tools to help you help yourself in many ways, and I encourage you to try out the ones that interest you and see for yourself how you benefit. Use your intuition, play with them, and see where they lead.
These things have helped me profoundly—sometimes making me feel high as a kite, sometimes bringing peace, and sometimes bringing up negative emotions that need to be let out. It can be a bit shocking when that happens. Just know that it is all good and have compassion for yourself.
